With this free beginner pattern you can learn the technique of the Foundation Paper Piecing in a fast and simple way.

The pattern reproduces a BIrd made with the technique of origami with a size of 9 in. With this patchwork block you can then create what you like most: a pillow, a tote bag, an square for a children’s room, etc.

This pattern comes with free lessons to learn the Foundation Paper Piecing that you can find in my Facebook group that I have created about this technique. There, you will find 5 Units where you can see, atep by step, with many pictures, how piecing paper is developed and that it is a way to create with fabric in an easyer way than you thought at the beginning!

In this group, the Origami Animal Challenge is also developed, where every two weeks there is a new pattern of an Origami Animal and the participants who want to adhere to it are producing at the same pace, participating with each animal in giveaway for the next pattern.
